10:30 pm – 12:30 am: New Year’s Eve Celebration

Please join us on Saturday December 31(10:30pm-12:30 am) – at the Turning Point of the Old/New Year- for the first New Year’s Eve in our new home. The event will be both in-person and on Zoom.

If you can, meet in the morning (10am on New Years Eve) to help decorate the zendo with cedar boughs and candles, as we have in years past. Bring fresh cut branches, or whatever you have around your house, clippers, string. Bring your kids, family, visitors!

That night, come a little before 10:30pm- we’ll have a little time to think about our intentions for 2023 and what we’d like to let go of from 2022.

The event will include zazen, music, kinhin, a bonfire, and the traditional ringing of the 108 bells, followed by some time for mingling, and toasting the New Year.
