8:30AM – 5:30PM Winter Day Sit – Encountering Suchness

After the rush of holiday socializing give yourself the gift of a whole day of stillness on the cushion in the warmth of our cozy zendo or in your own space at home (via Zoom). Eko Jeff Kelley will discuss, “Encountering Suchness.” Abbot Koshin Cain and Eko Jeff Kelley will offer dokusan and question and answer opportunities.

Below is a tentative schedule of the day. A vegetarian lunch will be served. Please email registrar@pszc.org if you have any food allergies.

If you are new to meditation or to our Zen Center, please come one hour early for an orientation.
