Dive deep into Zen practice at our seven-day retreat at beautiful Camp Sealth (Sunday, May 3–Sunday, May 10, 2026). Abbot Koshin Chris Cain will teach on “Faith in Yourself, Linji’s Radical Dharma.”
Deep in the quiet of the northwestern forest, this seven-day silent retreat will feature a daily schedule of zazen (seated meditation), kinhin (walking meditation), chanting, dharma talks, interviews with a teacher, qi gong, and samu (work practice). The daily schedule is outlined below. Accommodations are in cabins with heat, showers, and electricity. Rooms may be shared with 1-3 others.
Three simple vegetarian meals will be served each day. Attendance is limited to either full-time or half-time (Sunday-Wednesday or Thursday-Sunday). Please contact the registrar@pszc.org with any questions or concerns. Two half-price scholarships are available to those in need—please contact the registrar to inquire.
