Our PSZC Spring Day-Sit will take place at the Fauntleroy Church in West Seattle (9140 California Ave, SW). The day of silence will include a schedule of zazen (seated meditation), kinhin (walking meditation), chanting, qi gong and samu (work practice). Abbot Koshin Chris Cain will give the dharma talk. Please bring a bag lunch; snacks and drinks will be provided.
