Wednesday night meditation and book discussion
Tea, chanting, one 25-minute sitting period, one walking meditation, and a book discussion.  There’s no need to have read the book beforehand–we read the book together as we go.
Dokusan is a confidential meeting with a Zen teacher to discuss practice. It is open to all members of PSZC. During the Intensive Practice Period of March 15th – April 19th, Dokusan will be offered on Wednesday evenings and during Sunday service.
