Zen Trash

Please join the Zen Center as we participate in King County’s Adopt-A-Road Program. We have adopted Cove Road from 129th Lane SW to Vashon Hwy SW.
The county requires that all participants sign a waiver and take a safety training video. Please have all signed waivers turned in by September 20th. Waivers can be given to Karen Hedlund or left at the Zendo in the Zen Trash envelope hung on the bulletin board.
The County is providing the necessary equipment, litter bags and removal of the filled litter bags.

Meet at the Havurah at 12:30pm to pick up safety gear, trash bags and grippers. Carpools will head to Cove Road to limit number of cars in the road. Clean up will start 1:00pm and we will be back at the Havurah by 3:00. There will be a potluck for volunteers before the activity.
