Our New Home

Dream, work, practice, and build together.

Our New Home

This truly is a landmark moment in the life of our sangha.

After 20 years of renting spaces, we’ve now secured a place of our own, one that we can grow into and make a place of practice for decades to come.

I believe this new property will become a place of refuge for us, a place of clear teaching and study, a place for a healthy sangha to call home.  It will be a place for people we have yet to meet, who will rebalance their lives, walk a beneficial path, and explore the depths of the dharma.

In the two months since we’ve bought our building we have been busy – we’ve upgraded the electrical system, fixed the roof, and weatherproofed some of the windows.  We have many items left on our to-do list. Along with a zendo floor and equipment for our online services, we’d like to make the building more energy efficient, make our kitchen more suitable for retreats, and begin work on the contemplative garden.

If you would like to help us improve our Zen Center  – we would welcome your help. If you would consider a donation, please contribute by clicking the donate button below or by sending a check to PSZC, PO Box 2644, Vashon, WA 98070. We also have Work Practice at the Zendo. Please check the calendar for dates and times.

If you haven’t yet seen the video of our new space, please click here to do so.

Please give generously if you can. Thank you very much for your help.

I hope to see you in our new space in 2022.
