Matty Weingast’s books include The First Free Women and Awake at the Bedside. He is former editor of the Insight Journal and has over two decades of meditation experience. He translated the book of Therigatha (elder nuns) poems, titled The First Free Women: Poems of the Early Buddhist Nuns.
