Featuring talks by Keri Pederson, Vashon Insight Meditation and dharma teacher, and guided writing activities by local author, poet and artist Gayle Kellner. Please join us for a day of reflection and writing as we consider how deep acceptance of our certain mortality can shift our view of the present and bring a greater sense of joy to our lives.

12 to 1 Lunch on your own
1 to 1:30 Brief meditation and talk by Keri

2:30 to 3:00 Refreshments and movement break
3:00 to 3:30 Guided writing activity led by Gayle
3:30 to 4:00 Closing
Writing materials, tea, coffee and refreshments will be provided. Please bring a sack lunch and your own computer if that is your preferred writing instrument.
