Our Sunday service consists of chanting, two periods of sitting meditation, and a dharma talk. Today, Koshin will discuss attention.
When asked for great wisdom, Master Ichu wrote “Attention, attention.” We live in a world where our attention is being pulled this way and that, often in ways we don’t even notice. What are the consequences, and what might we do about it?
