10am-12pm Sunday Service: Death Our Companion

At this time of year we acknowledge our own mortality and honor those loved ones who have died before us. In lieu of a dharma talk we ask that you bring a photo or memento of someone dear who has died – if you’d like. After chanting and zazen, we will each have the chance to tell something about that person, and show their picture, whether in person or on Zoom.  Koshin will lead a short ceremony.

Bring a favorite dish to share (perhaps one special to a dear departed one) and join us afterward for the first annual Hungry Ghosts potluck.
