5:30pm – 6:30pm: Intro to Zen (West Seattle)

New to Zen? Please join us at an informal one-hour Introduction to Zen get-together at the Fauntleroy United Church of Christ 4th floor chapel, room 402. We will present a brief introduction to Zen Buddhism as it is practiced at the Puget Sound Zen Center (PSZC). We will go over a few key points–what brings us to Zen, how to sit in zazen (Zen meditation), what to expect at a PSZC service. Plenty of time for questions! You may also attend our following Zen service from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. All are welcome.
