7pm-8:30pm – West Seattle Service

We are starting up our West Seattle meditation group. The group will meet Monday evenings at the Fauntleroy Church, UCC at 9140 California Avenue S.W. Come to the fourth floor chapel, room 402. It is served by an elevator.

We start with a short ceremony, then chanting, silent sitting and walking followed by discussion of a short reading at the end.  Preceptors and our Abbott, Koshin Cain, from Vashon Island PSZC will guide us through the first few months of these weekly services.

We look forward to sharing in-person meditation with you again.  Masks are optional and we have enough room to keep those zabutons socially distanced.
