7pm-8:30pm – West Seattle Service
April 10, 2023 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
We are starting up our West Seattle meditation group. The group will meet Monday evenings at the Fauntleroy Church, UCC at 9140 California Avenue S.W. Come to the fourth floor chapel, room 402. It is served by an elevator.
We start with chanting, silent sitting and walking followed by discussion of a short reading at the end.
We look forward to sharing in-person meditation with you again. Masks are optional and we have enough room to keep those zabutons socially distanced.
