8:30 am – Spring Day Sit – Living and Dying with Crazy Cloud

Join us for our day long retreat in the Rinzai tradition: seated and walking meditation, chanting, qigong and a dharma talk. Our teacher will be Abbot Koshin Cain. He will discuss, “Living and Dying with Crazy Cloud.”  Zen Master Ikkyu, who named himself Crazy Cloud, led a remarkably creative life. We’ll use his poetry as a window into our core practice.”

The retreat is offered in person on Vashon Island and on Zoom.

In person capacity is 20. Please bring a sack lunch.
