Book Discussion: My Grandmother’s Hands, by Resmaa Menakem
July 21, 2020 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Tuesday afternoon 4 – 5:30pm, every other week, starting Tuesday, July 7
In this peer-facilitated discussion group, we explore the suffering caused by racism, and how our Buddhist practice intersects with the work for Black lives and racial equity. Resmaa Menakim’s book offers a body-centered approach to addressing white supremacy and racial healing. His book is on back order, though you can get it immediately as an e-book or audiobook.
