Full Moon Sit – Sunrise Ridge

Please join us for meditation under a summer full moon at Sunrise Ridge (10030 SW 210th St, Vashon, WA 98070) from 8:30PM – 10:00PM. Meet at the upper parking lot a little before 8:30PM. We’ll sit and walk as the moon rises.

There is no cost, but please email Sissel (sissel@centurytel.net) so we know how many cushions to bring, or if you need a chair or a bench.

You may wish to bring mosquito repellent, appropriate clothing (long sleeves, pants, socks, gloves, hood and/or extra layers in case it gets cold), and a flash light.
