An event every month that begins at 7:30 am on day Second of the month, repeating until January 10, 2021
Please join us for all or part of a half-day sit, built around our regular Sunday morning services. There’s no charge, no need to register, and no obligation to stay for the entire time–feel free to come and go as you need. Newcomers are welcome!
From 7:30 am-10am we’ll start out with chanting and alternating blocks of seated and walking meditation. From 10-11:45 is our regular Sunday service, which includes chanting, seated and walking meditation, and a dharma talk from Koshin.
