Countable Breaths – Tim Taigen Tattu – 2 May 2021
Tim trained under Shodo Harada Roshi at the Tahoma Sogenji Zen Monastery on Whidbey Island. Subsequently he was a founding member and one of the first care givers at Enso House, a home for end of life care. The profound experience of offering care inspired Tim to become an RN and work on a Oncology/Hematology, Infectious Disease unit at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Tim remains committed to caring for people at end of life working as a hospice nurse and serving on the Board at Enso House.
