Our Sunday service consists of chanting, two periods of sitting meditation, and a dharma talk. You may join us in person or by Zoom.

Koshin writes: A friend of mine has a calligraphy made by Roshi Kajiura Itsugai that reads: Reach an extreme, come to an end. Then, change, transform. Change, transform. Then pass through. Zen is built to help us work with change, and not only that – to transform.
