10am-12pm Sunday Service and Annual Meeting

PSZC’s annual sangha meeting will take place on June 6 during the 10am service on Zoom. The meeting itself will begin at about 10:30 and will be over by noon. We encourage everyone to come. It’s a great way to see what’s going on in the sangha and to get connected.

At this meeting, the Board President and Abbot will make an annual report on the state of the sangha. Committee chairs will give a brief (3-5 minute) report on the activities of their committees. We will announce the results of the vote for new Board and Ethics Committee members. Gerrit van Roekel has been nominated by the Nominating Committee for the position of general Board member (3 year term) and Jeremy Sappington has been nominated to be on the Ethics Committee (3 year term). Karen Hedlund is stepping off the Board and Susan Traff is stepping off the Ethics Committee.

On May 13 an email went out to all eligible voting members with their ballots. If you have not received an email ballot that means we do not currently have you in our records as an eligible voting member. Please email office@pszc.org if you have any questions about your eligibility.
