7pm-8pm – Friday Night Sit and Shuffle

Please come and join in a new, fun, informal way to connect. We start off with a 30 minute meditation and then stick around to chat and share stories.

Sit and Shuffle occurs one Friday evening per month for each of the next 2 months ( 3/12 and 4/23). Each month will have a theme or an icebreaker question to help us get started. We will use breakout groups depending on the number of participants.

Two Truths and a Lie is the theme for this second Sit and Shuffle. Come prepared with two truths and a lie about yourself and your life to kick off the conversation.
