8:30 AM Day Sit – Practicing With Uncertainty and Change

Please join us for a day of Zen practice. Our teacher will be Abbot Koshin Cain. Our day-long retreat, in the Rinzai tradition, will include seated and walking meditation, chanting, a dharma talk, and the option of meeting privately with one of our teachers.
The retreat is in person only. Masks are optional. Bring a sack lunch.
