Please join the Puget Sound Zen Center for our Winter Day Sit. Our teacher, Abbott Koshin Cain will speak on, ‘A Crack in Everything.’ In the Rinzai tradition, our day-long retreat will include seated and walking meditation, chanting, a dharma talk, and meeting privately with Koshin.
The retreat is in person only. Masks are optional. Bring a sack lunch.

11:00 Zazen and Dokusan
12:15 Lunch and break
1:15 Samu Work Practice
2:00 Qi Gong
2:30 Tea; Chanting
3:15 Zazen and Dokusan
